monk have been created to drum up promotion for the new reality tv

SOPHIE Monk is continuing to scale the heights of Hollywood, having
signed up to star in big-budget horror flick The Hills Run Red.
While her ex-fiance Benji Madden plays up in the spotlight with Paris,
Monk has headed to Bulgaria -- dodging headlines and putting her love
life on the backburner as she focuses on her steady climb towards
commercial mega-stardom.
Notching herself up some solid CV credentials, the Aussie actress has
been cast to star alongside William Sadler, of Shawshank Redemption
fame, in the big-screen screamer.
The fright flick is the latest horror production from Dark Castle Home
Entertainment and Warner Premiere and has already begun shooting in
Bulgaria, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The industry bible reports the plot centres around a film fanatic
whose obsession with finding a complete print of an infamous slasher
movie leads him and two friends into the backwoods.

Bill Sadler & Sophie Monk Sign Up for 'The Hills Run Red'
OK, so it sounds like a pretty conventional horror plot in some ways,
but here's some good news: The flick will star not only character
actor extraordinaire Bill Sadler -- but also the mega-mega-sexy Sophie
Monk. (Oh, and Tad Hilgenbrink, soon to be seen in The Lost Boys: The
Tribe.) The Hills screenplay comes from award-winning genre specialist
David J. Schow, which I consider pretty good news, and the multi-hatted
